The game will remind you that each choice has an impact every time you choose one of these options. If you see a fist icon, that dialogue option is more likely to create a revolution. When speaking with NPCs you'll often see dialogue prompts that include icons on them. As you play through the game, you'll be given multiple opportunities to encourage a revolution. 
While Florres is running for office, lots of people think the electoral system is so broken that voting doesn't matter. Revolution - Petria has been on the verge of political revolution for some time, what with the Black Brigades and Tyrak's ongoing rule.Here are all three endings you can find in Road 96. Therefore, it makes sense to decide ahead of time what kind of outcome you'd like and play accordingly.
